Janine N. Kucaba grew up in Miami and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003. She received her B.S. degree with honors in psychology in 1995, and both her M.S. degree in Business Management and her J.D. degree in 2002, all from the University of Florida. Ms. Kucaba received her LL.M. degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami in 2011.
Ms. Kucaba is fluent in Spanish. Between 2011 and joining the firm in 2017, she was the managing partner of her own law firm, Kucaba Law, P.A., and served as corporate personal representative and trustee for a major trust company. Prior to obtaining her LL.M. degree, Ms. Kucaba was a commercial litigation attorney with several Miami law firms.
